Occupational Therapy helps clients find a satisfactory lifestyle. They design a purposeful activity or intervention to promote health, prevent injury or disability. They work with clients simultaneously and design medical planners to suit individual needs and lifestyle. The work can include programs such as teaching an elderly patient who is recovering from a stroke, encouraging a depressed person to do a hobby or a hobby, helping clients who are permanently disabled, etc.
The purpose of first-line treatment was to improve health through systematic activities. World War I emphasized the need for medical treatment in the workplace, since veterans' physical rehabilitation provided them with an opportunity to return to productive work. In 1917, in line with the growing need for veteran aid in the United States, the National Society for the Promotion of Occupational Therapy (later the American Occupational Therapy Association) was formed. Subsequent advances in occupational therapy include the development of strategies used to analyze the tasks and instructions for specific handicrafts in patients, especially in adolescents and inpatients. In 1952 the World Federation of Occupational Therapists was established, and in 1954 the first conference of occupational therapists was held in Edinburgh.
In the latter part of the 20th century and in the first half of the 21st century, the development and refinement of a variety of guiding theories of occupational therapies and interventions further developed the practice of occupational therapy. These ideas focus on the complex relationship between motivation and skills of patients, activities that bring meaning to their lives, and their communities. Occupational science was developed to support the study of work and its complexity in everyday life. As a result, research into occupational therapy has grown significantly and has played an important role in providing scientific evidence to support multiple therapeutic interventions.

A career counselor works with people who are unable to perform the various tasks they want, need, or are expected to do. Physicians are skilled at analyzing daily activities and activities, and they work to create therapeutic programs that enable people to participate more effectively in daily activities. Occupational medical interventions and the planning of specific treatment programs are integrated with the work of other health professionals and health workers.
Occupational therapists work with people of all ages and various organizations, including companies and governments. The practice of occupational therapy focuses on maintaining health, preventing disability, and improving participation in activities after illness, accident, or disability. Therefore, therapists usually work with people who are physically challenged at work because of illness, injury, or disability. They also work with people at risk of declining participation in their activities. For example, programs for older adults that adapt to their environment to reduce the risk of falls help them to continue living in the community.
Establishing a partnership of nurses and patients is an important part of a successful treatment program. Preliminary testing enables patients to identify tasks that are very important to them but that have difficulty performing. This helps clinicians plan according to the needs and goals of each patient. Modern occupational therapy also focuses on the analysis, adaptation and application of daily activities so that people can fully live in their society. Each person’s day is filled with a variety of different activities and activities, such as dressing up, taking a bus, making phone calls, writing a report, loading equipment at work, or playing a game. Occupational therapists are trained to analyze these tasks and tasks to determine what skills and competencies are needed to complete them. When a person is having difficulty fully engaging in daily activities, the therapist works with that person to assess why he or she is unable to perform certain tasks and activities that create the task. Internal, individual, and environmental factors are examined to determine the causes of functional difficulties.
